Lowongan Kerja Team Leader PT TRICADA INTRONIK Bandung Terbaru Maret 2013 - TRITRONIK is a developer of leading edge solution for Telecom. Our customers are major telecommunication service providers. We are looking for a lead developer/team leader to reinforce our product development teams.

We are looking for a lead developer/team leader to reinforce our product development teams.

Team leader will lead a small group of developers of various levels of experience, but arent afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into code yourself. You have experience working on large scale enterprise applications and ideally worked as a team leader before, mentoring and monitoring the work of other developers.

Team leader's responsibilites include:

• Taking the technical lead in the team's development work.
• Managing day-to-day operations of a small team of developers (4+): taking care of resource planning, budget control and monitoring code quality.
• Product ownership:
• Managing product development for certain products
• Functional analysis
• Translating user requirements into product features
• Reviewing feature requests
• Managing cooperation with all departments and stakeholders
• Ensuring visibility through lightweight metrics and continuous project status reporting
• Team growth:
• Managing new technologies adaptation
• Managing team members' skills and competencies
• Managing teamwork performance

Necessary skills for team leader:

• +4 years of real development experience in Java Enterprises
• Experience in leading the development team (complete lifecycle)
• Experience with SDLC and methodologies
• Experience with performance optimization
• Experience with software design & architecture
• Experience with system test and integration
• The ability to mentor and motivate engineers
• The ability to effectively delegate tasks and monitor progress of a group of people
• Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills
